How will I receive confirmation that my bill payment was successful?

Once your bill payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation from TANGGapp. This email will include details such as the biller name, payment amount, transfer date, and a unique transfer reference number for your records.

You can also view the status of all your bill payments within the TANGGapp mobile application under your transfer history.

If you do not receive a confirmation email or see the transfer in your app within 2 business days, please contact our support team at support@tanggapp.com for assistance.
