Why am I experiencing delays with my money transfer? 

Delivering your money on time is always our top priority. But sometimes, delays can happen due to a few different reasons.

1) You are transacting for the first time, and our team needs to verify your identity. 

Identity verification helps us maintain TANGGapp’s top-notch security. If we need more information from you, we’ll send you an email with a secure form. 

2) Your recipient needs to link a bank account or e-wallet.

In these cases, you’ll see a message in your receipt about what your recipient needs to do to receive your money. We also email your recipient about linking a bank account or e-wallet.

3) Issues in delivery with our bank partner.

Occasionally, banks take longer to deposit funds into your account. This can be due to holidays or a network issue on the bank’s side. 

If there is a discrepancy in the recipient’s banking details, the transaction may take longer as well. In some cases, we’ll request your recipient via email to link a different bank account so that we can retry the transaction. 

4) Money was sent during the weekend or a bank holiday

Transfers over PHP 50,000 take longer to process during these events. Please be assured that your transaction will be processed as soon as regular operations resume.
